A piece of furniture of contemporary design and style, with fine lines and exact proportion. Its structure has a play of geometries and balances that fits the space in a bold vision of marble design.
Medes. this marble and metal table in its coffee table version, was exhibited in 2021 in the Via Tortona space, Tortona Rocks, within the framework of the annual Fuorisalone exhibition in Milan.

It belonged there since it was born out of earth. The selection of materials for this Medes Coffee piece has been a consequence of our appreciation of their obvious aesthetic load. To us, all materials are special because each of them has a natural place where they belong, determined by the process through which it is formed.
The Medes Coffe coffee table, pictured here by Synthesis Collection, is made of Wenge stone, similar in appearance to wood. Wenge stone has always been highly valued in high decoration. In recent years it was being lost, so Meddel has rescued this classic of semi-precious stones, which is characterized by its composition in almost parallel brown stripes.
The design of Medes is brutally simple. And this property is a highly attractive factor. The glass surface rests on two fundamental points for perfect balance and resounding stability.
